For three days straight, which will begin two days after New Year's Day, Majestic Theater San Antonio will house Isabel Marie Sanchez and San Antonio Philharmonic. The upcoming three-night extravaganza will pay tribute to the Tejano Queen Selena Quintanilla, who became one of the most celebrated Mexican-American entertainers of the late 20th century. Despite performing Tejano music, a male-dominated music genre, she won Tejano Music Award for Female Vocalist of the Year nine consecutive times. She released 11 award-winning albums before her life was taken away---and her influence has remained strong ever since, as one of the greatest Latino artists of all time.
American Tejano music singer Isabel Marie Sanchez will give life to the magnificent voice of Selena. The youngest recipient of Tejano Music Award's Best New Female Artist has five albums under her belt, including her 2022 album 'Una Illusion,' which was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award. Known for her powerful vocals and captivating stage presence, she offers an incredible live Selena experience, featuring fan favorites such as "Tú Sólo Tú," "I Could Fall in Love," "La Carcacha, "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom," "No Me Queda Mas" and more.
