Majestic Theatre Rules

Majestic Theater has several rules and policies to ensure its performances run smoothly and keep its patrons safe and happy. It is worth familiarizing yourself with the Majestic’s protocols before you visit, so you can enjoy your night and know what’s what ahead of time. We’ve pulled together some of the most essential information below: 

Health protocols

Face coverings are required on a show-by-show basis. Please check the show listing on our website for more information. When not required by a show, patrons are advised to wear face coverings while in the venue.

» Once you enter the Majestic, you’ll see several hand sanitizing stations and disinfectant wipes throughout the venue. The venue encourages its patrons to sanitize their hands prior to entry. 

» The facility is cashless. Credit and debit cards will only be accepted for food, drink, merchandise, and the box office.

» All restrooms and the venue are continuously cleaned prior to each performance.

» If you are feeling unwell the day of the performance, the venue would recommend that you stay at home and don’t attend the theater. 

Security protocols

As well as health protocols, the venue has a few security procedures you will need to explore before arrival.

» Bags larger than 10x10x10 are not allowed in the theater, including backpacks, large purses and luggage.

Prohibited items 

There are several prohibited items that you cannot take into Majestic Theater. These have been put into place to ensure the safety of the theater’s guests. Management staff reserve the right to deny access to people holding the following items:

» Weapons (firearms, knives, etc.)

» Explosives or flammable substances

» Recording devices (cameras, audio recorders, etc.), laser pointers or other disruptive light-emitting devices

» Large bags or backpacks

» Illegal drugs or substances

» Pets or animals (except for service animals)

» Food or beverages purchased outside the venue (unless explicitly permitted)

Additional venue policies

» No loud or abusive language and/or obscene gestures. 

» No fighting, threatening to fight, or throwing objects. 

» Please refrain from trying to access the stage and/or performer/performance areas. 

» Do not loiter, trespass or solicit.
